Vertical liquid separator

Provision of vertical or horizontal liquid separators, for ammonia or freon recirculation systems.

Vertical liquid separator

The design, manufacturing, weldings, inspections and tests, follow the norms and regulations of 8 section div. I of ASME code, for pressure vessels. Hydraulic test up to 24 Kg/cm². An approved hydraulic test certificate, signed by the M.B.S. of Buenos Aires is provided with the equipment.
In the inside upper zone, the separator has a drop eliminator.

All surfaces are perfectly painted, with a priming coat of anticorrosive zinc chromate paint.

All pipes are manufacturated whit seamless steel tubing ASTM-A-53 Sch.80 for diameters up to 1 ½" and Sch.40 for diameters over 2".

According to ASME code, a thermal treatment of annealing is given to the receiver, in order to lower the inside stresses due to weldings.
